We offer continuing education courses for professionals on screen time use and brain development using evidence based research for all stages of learning from early childhood to high school. Class length = 3 hours

This highly interactive class will teach communication strategies for success independent of a screen. Class size minimum is 10 participants. 

Class Length = 2 hours

We offer individual coaching to build positive habits and reduce maladaptive habits around screen time use. 

Consultation length depends on topics reviewed.
